Porridge Against Autumn Grays

It’s so grey out there these days! At least in Berlin. Say no to November aura and start your day with a hot meal that cheers you up! :-) Today I’ve made an autumn edition of my porridge. It’s sweet, yummy and with a highly needed energy kick of course.

Ingredients

whole grain porridge oats
rice milk
almond butter
raw coconut oil – 1 tsp is more than enough
brazil nuts & walnuts
tsp honey
cinnamon & pinch of ground ginger to warm you up and encourage digestion

Preparation

I cook porridge oats in a pot on a slow heat for approx. 5 minutes and add other ingredients afterwards.
